• Money Order/Cashiers Check/Western Union:

  please include a detailed list of items you wish to purchase, your email address, daytime telephone number and detail shipping address when you send us the MO/Check. We recommend you notify us first via telephone or email that you will be sending a MO/check.

Sales Tax

A sales tax of 6.00% will be added to all orders shipped to Michigan addresses. Sales tax is not collected on shipments to recipients outside Michigan.

Shipping

We ship worldwide!

The shipping cost is based on the total cost of the package. We ship via UPS Ground service or US priority postal service. We do occasionally run-out of some items as does our suppliers.  If your order is on backorder status, you will be notified via email.

International Order: Due to the increasing cost of export shipping, we have implemented a $100USD Minimum Purchase Requirement on all export orders.  There are no minimum purchase requirement on any order shipped within the United States.

We ship internationally exclusively via US Postal Service Global Express Air Mail service. Our shopping cart will only add domestic (US only) shipping charges to your order.  The additional Air Mail shipping charges will be invoiced to the customer via email and can be paid on-line with a major credit card or PayPal.  Be reminded that you will be responsible for any duty taxes that may incur upon receipt. And we can't mark down the product value as it' s against Federal Law.  Once an order has been boxed and invoiced for additional shipping charges, any customer-cancellation is subject to a 25% restocking charge.

Refunds and Returns

The customer must email us first to obtain the return authorization and instructions to most efficiently handle the return situation. All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt for a refund of the product's price. The product must be in unused & resalable condition in order to be eligible for refund. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of return shipment. SEL-MOTION reserves the right to apply a 25% restocking fee to returns that do not meet the above criteria. To avoid extra cost due to return, we strongly recommend you contact us for any doubts you may have before your purchase.  Engine/powertrain components, special orders and Trade/Resale orders are Final Sale and are ineligible for refund.
